In-Person Coaching

In-Person Strength Training
One-on-one strength sessions with a coach, in a private personal training studio. No waiting for machines, dealing with crowds or commercial gym craziness. Includes an initial consultation/evaluation and an ongoing, progressive strength and conditioning program tailored to your goals and abilities.
$70/50 minute session
$80/50 minute session for two people.
Note: No walk-in/group classes. However, small group training (3-4 individuals) could be available on request. This requires a pre-organized group of individuals who want to train regularly at the same time and works best if they have similar goals and abilities. Price dependent on the number of participants.

60-Minute Consultation
Consultations are held at the gym, a local cafe/coffee shop, or virtually. A consultation is the first step in someone’s journey with Point to Point, but there is absolutely no obligation to sign up for coaching or strength training. This is your chance to talk with someone about your goals, strength and endurance training, and upcoming races. Prior to each consultation I will gather as much information as possible to ensure the time is maximized and all questions are answered. After our conversation, I will follow up with my notes and links to any relevant resources. Even if we never work together, my goal is to provide as much support as possible and for you to come away from this feeling confident and excited about your training.
First is free. Subsequent consultations $70/hour

Custom 12-Week Training Plan
One-on-one coaching isn’t for everyone. A custom 12-week training plan is the next best thing. This is more affordable than one-on-one coaching, and is best for someone with a high level of motivation who is looking for training guidance, but doesn’t need frequent data analysis or coach-athlete communication. It is also great for someone who wants a “roadmap” to peak for a specific event in 12 weeks.
-Initial consultation and review of past training.
-12 weeks of custom endurance and S&C workouts.
-Mid-plan check in plus adjustments (as needed).
$250/first 12 weeks, $225/12 weeks for subsequent training plans.

Hybrid Training
Combine either remote coaching option with in-person strength training at the gym for a reduced session/rate. This allows you to complete the majority of your training on your own while still getting some regular supervision and feedback from a coach and access to equipment which you might not have at your home/commercial gym. Contact to get a quote for hybrid training (dependent on coaching plan and in-person training frequency).
