Point to Point Strength and Performance
In-person and remote strength and endurance coaching for individuals of every age, ability, and ambition.
In endurance sports, a point to point race is one that begins in one location and ends in another. At Point to Point Strength and Performance, I’ll take you from where you are now to where you want to be. Strength and performance means different things to different people:
-Completing your first century ride.
-Being able to chase your grandkids around the yard.
-Hiking pain-free on the weekend with your friends.
-Winning the local 5k.
-Moving a tree that fell in your driveway.
My goal is to help you become the strongest version of yourself, whether you’re a competitive endurance athlete looking to take that next step in your training and racing or someone who wants to look good and be strong for life. I work with a wide variety of individuals, from trail runners to 80-something year olds who want to keep kicking butt in old age and everyone in between. The only thing I ask is that you have a good attitude and are willing to work.
Remember, no goal is too small that it shouldn’t be taken seriously. If it’s meaningful to you, then I want to help you achieve it.
We only get one body. Let’s make the most of it.

Hi, I’m Ryan.
I am a certified personal trainer, semi-competitive cyclist, and lover of coffee, ice cream, and maple syrup.
I grew up in Vermont (hence the love of maple syrup) and served in the Marine Corps for 6 years. I moved to the Pioneer Valley for school and fell in love with the area (i.e., a girl named Melissa), and decided to make it my home.
I came into this line of work after a series of setbacks and overuse injuries left me unable to do much of anything for over a year. I identified as a runner, and not being able to do that made this one of the hardest periods of my life both mentally and physically. It was during this time that I committed to learning about proper training and movement and started using strength and conditioning to become a more resilient and well-rounded athlete.
It was through this struggle that I decided to help other people do the same.
My goal is to help you become the strongest version of yourself, whether you’re a competitive endurance athlete looking to take that next step in your training and racing, or a 70-something year old who wants to kick butt on the pickle ball court and maintain your strength and independence into old age. While I am especially fond of working with runners and cyclists, my ideal client is anyone with a positive attitude, a meaningful goal, and a willingness to do the work.
Remember, no goal is too small that it shouldn’t be taken seriously.
